This 4 berth Caddy boasts a comfy and spacious Vulcan-M rock’n’roll bed with tan coloured eco-leather matching the front Adapt seats that carry a tasteful piping centre. Surrounding the bed is a lovely blue laminated ply and oak topped interior that was designed by Adapt to ensure the compact van feels flowing and open, yet still providing plenty of storage and useful amenities. This space is drastically increased by opening the pop top roof, allowing stand up height, adding daylight and ventilation. The kitchen area hosts a 20L drawer compressor fridge and double gas dometic hob, with a fold away oak table that allows additional worktop space. 

 

The off-grid 12v system tucked neatly away is powered by a CTEK charging unit, converting alternator power when driving, as well as solar energy from the 100w panel mounted to the pop-top. There is a 110ah deep-cycle leisure battery where this energy is stored, to power all of the appliances, lighting and Autoterm 2kw diesel heater to keep you cosy and dry when there is a chill. Easy accessible modular usb sockets are mounted within the van, allowing you to charge small electric devices and accessories when travelling.

 

This conversion was built specifically to the original customers requirements in July 2024, they have now changed their leisure vehicles and this Caddy is being offered by Adapt Automotive for sale on behalf of the customer. This means that the vehicle will come with a 1-year extended conversion only warranty and oil service. It has undergone a full pre-sale preparation including mechanical and habitation checks on the van with any necessary work rectified. 

 

The base van is a late 2012 ex-british gas vehicle, there are some small signs of wear around the vehicle on the body and plastics. The service history is present from 2020 after british gas ownership, with prior history and service book missing. This is common with ex-fleet vans, however the company is known for keeping on top of all mechanical service work during their ownership. The van has had a new clutch and starter battery in mid/late 2025 amongst some additional recent mechanical work due to usual wear and tear, so is ready to go. The timing belt was replaced at 74k miles.
